Farm to Belly

Join us for an unforgettable evening - Slide Ranch’s Farm to Belly supper series, an immersive culinary experience overlooking the Pacific Ocean.

The inaugural event is Saturday, September 27 beginning at 5 pm with a cocktail hour in the garden.

Guests are invited to sip and stroll as they tour the Ranch before heading to the outdoor dining area for a multi-course, locally-sourced dinner and drink pairing, thoughtfully crafted by our guest chef to highlight the freshest ingredients from Slide Ranch and the surrounding region. Enjoy the company of community while overlooking the coastline!

This event, like all Slide Ranch events, supports transformative outdoor experiences for youth.

  • You won’t want to miss this immersive community dining experience! The food and drinks will be incredible, the views are world-class, and your participation supports our mission of planting kids in nature.

  • Bring layers! Dinner will be outside on a coastal bluff. Please dress according to the weather and remember to wear comfortable walking shoes, as the garden cocktail hour and dining location are a brief walk from our parking area, on uneven terrain. It will likely be chilly in the evening.

  • Our guest chef has designed a menu with the freshest, locally sourced and seasonal ingredients, including items from Slide Ranch! The full menu itself will be a surprise. We know you’ll love it.

    The evening includes cocktails in the garden followed by a snack at the cob oven. Then, guests will meander to our dining area on the bluff to be greeted by local crudo paired with a farm-focused menu featuring produce at their peak ripeness.

    The meal is an extended, multi-course experience with wine pairings, finishing with sweets and digestifs by the open fire. NA options available.

    We’ll wrap up at around 9:00pm.

  • Chef Lily is a Chez Panisse trained local chef who has built her life around the art of feeding and nourishing people. Her food is artistic and delicious, and she creates immersive culinary collaborations with an array of artists, musicians, chefs and friends to bring to life truly unique sensuous experiences.

  • We will have locally sourced, seasonal vegan, vegetarian and meat options as well as wheat free choices. We are not able to accommodate food allergies at this event, due to the family style nature of food service.

  • Please park in the parking lot off the driveway and walk down the hill past the barn, to the garden entrance for happy hour. The walk is about 5 minutes on an uneven dirt pathway.

    Please do not drive past the residents only stop sign and (open) gate, unless you have an accessibility need. We have designated accessible parking next to our Farm to Table Center.
