Celebrate Water - Water is vital for all living creatures. Join us as we celebrate the rainy season in Slide style with watershed walks, watercolors, herbal teas made fresh from the garden, and more!

Valentine's - Come SHARE THE LOVE with a heartwarming day of nature, crafting, and farmyard fun for the whole family! Activities may include: Bake Valentine's cookies, themed wool crafts (felted hearts or friendship bracelets), salve making, and more. All materials provided by Slide Ranch.

Fiber Arts - Join us in this creative day crafting with the wool from our Slide Ranch sheep, creating an indigo tie dye memento, and using items in nature to make beautiful unique paper.

Farm to Belly - Calling all food lovers! Taste the bounty of Slide Ranch with farm-to-table harvesting, cooking, and delicious fun. Activities: We're making homemade focaccia, cheese, popcorn, tea, and holding tasting tours! Additionally, you'll have the opportunity to spend time with our chickens, ducks, goats, and sheep.

Tidepool Adventures! - Dive into the wonders of the ocean with tidepool exploration and hands-on marine crafts and activities.

Slide in Bloom - Celebrate the season as flowers blossom and nature comes alive. Activities may include flower crowns, nature bracelets, nature journaling. All materials provided by Slide Ranch.

Mother's Day Event - Celebrate the women in your life with a joyful day at Slide Ranch filled with nature, nurturing activities, and meaningful family moments! Activities: We'll be making flower crowns, felting beads and bracelets, painting with watercolors, and baking herb cookies.

Halloween/Welcoming Fall - Enjoy Fall's bounty and explore the amazing world of plands and seeds, create fragrant herb bundles, and get arts with objects from nature. If Halloween is near, some activities may change to bring in the flavor of the holiday.

Giving Thanks - Enjoy a day of giving thanks to the amazing space that is Slide Ranch. We'll create poetry for our garden, make candles to brighten the coming darker season, and tour our many methods for composting - giving special thanks to the billions of organisms that turn our waste into nutrient rich soil.

Our Fall Harvest Family Campout offers the very special opportunity to celebrate the harvest season by pitching your tent at our campsite overlooking the ocean, having a campfire and waking up to a day exploring our farm and coastline. On Friday evening, join Slide Ranch instructors for dinner, sunset whale- and birdwatching, night hikes, and (weather permitting) a cozy campfire before camping under the stars. Saturday morning, enjoy breakfast before exploring Slide Ranch, meeting our animals, joining us for goat milking, touring our garden, judging our first scarecrow contest, and joining in harvest-themed crafts and activities.

Please Note: Participants must bring their own camping equipment (including tent and sleeping bags). Red Flag Warnings are out of our control and cancel campfires.
