Bring your group out to Slide Ranch to participate in our programs. We are now accepting applications for 2021 Fall and 2022 Spring Group Programs! Scholarship provided

For 50 years, Slide Ranch has been dedicated to connecting children to nature through environmental education. This is a right that belongs to every child and every person equally.
Last week's events have been disheartening, and all of us, the Board and staff, have witnessed them with great pain and sadness. We must wrestle with the legacy of vicious racism, especially against Black people, which is part of our history and continues to cause dis-empowerment and deaths to our community members. Protestors remind us of the racism, discrimination and inequalities oppressed people have faced in every society for generations. To build a stronger movement, we must stand against racism and be alongside those who have been marginalized. Each and every day, we all have a choice to make.
Racism, inequity and intolerance have no place at Slide Ranch. We offer solidarity over silence. As an educational farm, we commit to learning and acknowledging how racism impacts our work, our organization and society as a whole, as we work toward a more just future, especially around food justice, access to nature and advancing racial equity.
